Juan and his crew did a fantastic job re-stretching my carpet. They got all the buckles out and were done in a little over 2 hrs. They did a thorough job of vacuuming out the carpet once it was stretched. It looks great!
I recently purchased a home, and realized after the sellers furniture was out, the carpet in 2 bedrooms needed replaced. I reached out to S&M Flooring and spoke to Juan on a late Saturday afternoon. I told him I needed to get new carpet before my movers arrived in a week. Their service was incredible. Juan rearranged their schedule and arrived at 9am Monday. We made our choice. He went and picked up the carpet and installed the same afternoon by 3pm. Not only was the service great, but the price was 20% less than our big box store quote.
