This was phase 2 of an ongoing flooring job in Frisco - and honestly, it's one of our favorite kinds of work. The customer had us do part of the home first, loved how it turned out, and called us back to keep the same flooring going into the next room. That kind of trust means everything to us.
Here's what we were working with before we got started: old carpet pulled up, a subfloor left behind that needed serious cleanup. Debris, dirt, staples, the whole mess that hides under carpet over the years. We took the time to clean and prep the subfloor properly before anything else went down. That step matters more than most people realize - a bad prep job shows up later in how the floor performs.
The install itself is where it all comes together. Hybrid flooring sits in a sweet spot between hardwood and traditional vinyl. It's rigid, so it handles temperature swings well. It's waterproof, so it holds up in high-traffic areas of the home. And it looks sharp without the maintenance headaches that come with real wood. For a Frisco home that sees daily use, it's a smart choice.
What we love about a phase 2 job is the continuity. The new room flows right into the rest of the home - same flooring, same clean finish along the baseboards, same consistent look throughout. No awkward transitions, no mismatched sections. Just one cohesive floor that runs through the space the way it should.
When a customer comes back for more, we know we got it right the first time. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job - whether it's phase 1 or phase 5.
