This Waxahachie home needed a full flooring overhaul. The existing floors were a mix of worn hardwood in the entry, old carpet in the living areas, and dated tile in the kitchen - none of it really working together anymore. The homeowners wanted something cleaner, more consistent, and a lot easier to maintain day to day.

We went with a light, neutral laminate throughout the main living areas, hallways, kitchen, and a dedicated sitting room. That kind of tone does a lot of work in a home with open-concept arched doorways - it ties the rooms together without feeling busy. The difference in how open and connected the space feels is hard to miss.

The bedrooms and upstairs areas got fresh carpet. Soft, plush, and a solid neutral that holds up well in high-traffic spaces. It pairs well with the laminate running through the rest of the home - two different surfaces that still feel intentional together. That's the kind of detail that separates a good floor job from a great one.

One thing we're proud of on this one is how cleanly everything came together across so many different rooms and transitions. Kitchen, dining room, main living area, hallways, bedrooms - each space got the right product for how it's used. That's not an accident. It comes from taking the time to plan the install before a single plank goes down.

Whether you're dealing with outdated carpet, tile that's seen better days, or just floors that don't reflect how you want your home to feel - this is exactly the kind of work we do. Laminate floors that hold up, carpet that's comfortable, and installs that are done right the first time.
