Here's the full picture - raw boards going down, stain going on, and a finished floor that looks sharp. This is exactly the kind of job we love doing. Start to finish, every step handled with care.

The install phase is where it all starts. You can see the raw unfinished oak boards laid out across the black underlayment, with our crew using a pneumatic nailer to set each board tight and straight. That underlayment matters too - it acts as a moisture barrier and helps with sound. Nothing gets rushed here.

Once the install was done and everything was sanded smooth, it was time for the stain. We went with a warm medium brown tone that really brought out the grain in the oak. The finish coat went on in sections, and you can see that mirror-like wet sheen across the surface - that's the polyurethane doing its job. That kind of reflection only happens when the prep work is done right.

The dried and cured result speaks for itself. Clean lines, even color, no blotching. The grain pattern on the oak really pops under natural light from those large windows. It ties the whole room together in a way that carpet or tile just can't match. That's the difference between a floor that's installed and a floor that's done well.

Omar put in serious work on this one, and it shows in every board. Whether you're doing a new install, a full refinish, or just need a stain refresh, this is the level of quality we bring to every job.
