We just wrapped up a full carpet installation across multiple units at a Dallas apartment complex - and this one was a real ground-up job. The units were completely stripped down. Bare concrete subfloors, debris still on the ground, construction materials staged throughout. Not exactly a simple drop-in-and-install situation.

That kind of starting point actually matters a lot. When you're working over rough, cracked concrete with residue from old flooring, you have to prep carefully before a single inch of carpet goes down. Our crew took the time to get it right - tack strips set along every wall edge, subfloor assessed room by room. Cutting corners at that stage shows up later, and we're not interested in callbacks.

Once the prep was done, the carpet went in clean. We used a neutral gray tone across the units - the kind of color that works with just about any furniture and gives each space a fresh, move-in-ready feel. The fit is tight against every baseboard and doorway. No bunching, no gaps. That's what a quality residential carpet installation looks like when the crew knows what they're doing.

Multi-unit jobs like this one take coordination. You're moving through several spaces, keeping materials organized, and making sure every room gets the same level of attention as the first one. That consistency is something property managers and owners count on - and it's something we take seriously on every job we run in the Dallas area.
